• You are responsible for the strategic selection of suppliers and for conducting all relevant contract and price negotiations
• Creation and preparation of purchasing-relevant market and supplier analyses and reports
• You are responsible for ensuring the presence of goods, readiness for delivery and monitoring delivery dates
• You control stock levels using key figures
• Optimization of procurement strategies
• Maintaining existing and establishing new supplier relationships
• Monitoring and evaluating key purchasing figures
• You lead a purchasing team
• Ongoing analysis of the product portfolio to identify optimization potential

Do you recognize yourself?

• Successfully completed commercial training in wholesale and foreign trade, ideally in the building materials trade or a comparable qualification such as a relevant course of study with a focus on purchasing, procurement and/or logistics
• Negotiating skills, intuition, entrepreneurial thinking and a good understanding of figures
• Strong communication skills, empathy and motivation
• Experience in team management and personnel management
• Strong rhetoric and negotiation skills
