• Disposition of our vehicle fleet according to economic aspects using modern route planning systems
• Disposition of drivers and vehicles
• Coordination of plans for smooth workflows
• Administrative fleet management
• Communication with our partners and service providers
• Close exchange with our drivers
• Regular coordination with the loading and warehouse staff
• Coordination of appointments with our customers and the unloading points/construction sites
• Implementation of the prescribed quality standards

Do you recognize yourself?

• You have successfully completed your training in the commercial sector or have a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in scheduling
• You have very good MS Office skills
• You are open to new developments and innovations and have a high level of commitment
• On a personal level, you are a strong communicator with organizational skills, quick comprehension and a structured and reliable way of working
