You will be responsible for the strategic planning and implementation of our IT strategy, ensure the reliable and secure functioning of our IT systems and infrastructure and drive forward the digital transformation.

For this we need you

  • Support and management of the entire IT infrastructure
  • Management of all IT projects and definition of the IT strategy
  • Analysis, further development, automation and optimization of current business processes and workflows in our ERP system Allgeier “Syntona Logic 10.2” in close cooperation with the specialist departments
  • Conception and implementation of process optimizations and continuous improvement of process management in the area of responsibility
  • Coordination of technical interfaces between different internal departments
  • Coordination of the hardware side of the ERP system and responsible for the IT-side structuring of the company
  • Conducting training courses, creating training materials and documentation
  • Supervision of project and change management for new master data creation and changes

Do you recognize yourself?

  • You have a successfully completed, subject-related university degree or have ideally already gained practical experience in comparable IT service areas or in business and IT application systems
  • You have experience in the areas of process design, analysis, optimization and support
  • Administration experience (Windows Server) and programming experience are known to you
  • You have analytical and conceptual thinking and judgment skills
  • You are characterized by strong communication and presentation skills
  • You are flexible and resilient in special situations
  • An independent way of working, self-responsible and responsible actions round off your profile
