Warehouse manager (M | F | D)

At CAPITAL Baustoffe, you will keep the warehouse and logistics running smoothly. You will organise the warehouse department independently and ensure that everything runs smoothly – from receiving and checking goods to picking and storage. With a keen eye for detail, you will manage the warehouse using our ERP software and ensure that our quality standards are always met. • You will be responsible for the smooth running of all warehouse activities and processes.
• You will be responsible for the independent organisation of the warehouse and logistics area.
• You will be responsible for incoming and outgoing goods.
• You will be responsible for receiving, checking, picking and storing deliveries.
• You will manage the warehouse using ERP software.
• You will ensure compliance with the company’s quality guidelines.
• Personnel management and the creation of shift schedules are part of your day-to-day work.
• The administrative implementation of quality and work safety measures is a matter of course for you.

What you bring to the table!

• You have completed training in logistics, warehouse management or a similar qualification.
• You have initial professional and management experience in the operational logistics business or warehouse environment.
• You have good organisational skills, a structured approach and work independently and reliably.
• Solution-orientated action and a high degree of quality awareness round off your profile.
• You are a flexible, loyal, team-orientated, assertive and resilient personality.
